The Christian and Missionary Alliance is seeking a talented Desktop Support Technician to provide excellent customer service for the National Office IT Helpdesk. This person will have previous computer support experience in a Microsoft Windows network. This person will also possess good verbal and written communication skills and must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced IT support environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two (2) years higher education; bachelor degree and IT certifications are preferred.

• Comprehensive knowledge of graphic design and computer techniques, print and pre-press production processes in a Macintosh environment.
• Design proficiency using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat with a basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerpPoint and Excel.
• Ability to conceptualize and create original publications, promotional art, and visual presentations consistent with nature, scope and purpose of project while analyzing such factors as subject matter, intended audience, usage, distribution, and required brand standards/specifications.
• Ability to prepare and optimize files for use on C&MA website, video and multimedia productions/presentations.
• Assist in photo shoots and conceptualize artistic compositions.

Worship Arts Leader ›› detailsFreshwater Community Church in St. Bonifacius, MN is seeking a fulltime Worship Arts Leader. Freshwater is a thriving C&MA church located just west of Minneapolis. This growing church of 600 seeks to expand its current worship/arts ministry with the addition of an experienced staff member. This person must be able to add value to the congregation with the skill set outlined in the job description. Freshwater's culture is blue jeans and sandals with three key words used to unite: "Real, Relevant, Relational". o Develop, train, and implement other creative arts into services as appropriate and planned with Sr. Pastor and teams.
o Assist the Sr. Pastor with vision, brainstorming, and producing creative ideas for use in services and programs.
o Coordinate all elements contributing to the service and special events.
o Coordinate flow (transitions, introductions, cues, etc.) of services.
o Pursue growth in all areas of ministry related to worship arts.
o Actively participate in the ministry of Freshwater.
o Attend weekly staff meetings.
o Attend all weekend worship services.
