Missionary Profiles
Missionaries will need to contact the Office of Missions Mobilization (omm@cmalliance.org) for access to the Missionary Profile Form. You will need to access this form by logging into your MyCMA account. You will need to email a digital photo of you on a plain background in JPEG image at least 250 KB in size.
Missionary Tour Information
In order to avoid confusion and scheduling difficulties, please note the following information and instructions from Ralph Trainer regarding missionary tours:
Fall Missions Conference Tours
- The Office of Missions Mobilization (OMM) receives from International Ministries (IM) a final list of missionaries certified for fall tours in February.
- Special requests for fall tour assignments should be sent to Jean Burch in OMM at burchj@cmalliance.org between January and February.
- Final tour assignments for the fall are arranged and communicated to districts, churches, and missionaries in April.
- Please do not accept any personal speaking engagements for dates between mid-September and Thanksgiving until you receive your tour assignments in April.
Winter/Spring Missions Conference Tours
- OMM receives from IM a final list of missionaries certified for winter/spring tours in September.
- Special requests for winter/spring tours should be sent to Jean Burch in OMM at burchj@cmalliance.org no later than the beginning of August.
- Final tour assignments for winter/spring are arranged and communicated to districts, churches, and missionaries in October.
- Please do not accept any personal speaking engagements for dates between mid-January and the end of April until you receive your tour assignments in October.
Antioch Alliance/Weekend Missions Conference Tours
- Missionaries who desire to participate in our Antioch Alliance/weekend missions conference tours are encouraged to request assignments early.
- Antioch missionaries must schedule a total of 24 churches during their home assignment year.
- Antioch Alliance/weekend conferences require the missionary to live in the district so weekend travel will not be cost or time prohibitive.
Excused Absences During Tour Assignments
- If you serve in the Europe-Middle East or Africa Regions, please write to David Lauffer requesting any excused absences during assigned tours.
- If you serve in the Asia Pacific or Latin America Regions, please write to Jim Malone requesting any excused absences during assigned tours.
