On December 9-10, 2005, in Orlando, Florida, Gary Benedict, president of the C&MA, US, and Joe Kong, director for Intercultural Ministries, met with our Hispanic leaders from the US and Puerto Rico to develop new strategies to reach out to the more than 40 million Hispanic people residing in the United States. Gary wants our Alliance Family to know that reaching the huge Hispanic population and many other ethnic groups living in the US is the responsibility of all of us.
