Every time I have the opportunity to travel overseas and spend time with Alliance workers, I come away saying the same thing, "We have totally awesome, passionate people on the ground." I realize that they need far more help, prayer, financial support, and encouragement than they get. I hear that many North American churches feel somewhat disconnected from what is taking place on Alliance mission fields around the globe. God has called me to the Office of Ministry Partnerships to lead the charge to make a difference in this area. My role is to serve our Alliance workers and our North American churches, linking them together in strategic partnerships that advance Christ's Kingdom and Alliance ministries here and around the world. Together we can make a difference.
