Core Values for our Personal Lives
Intimacy with Christ—Walking with the Spirit
(Galatians 5:24-25)

- Expressing our dependence on Him by praying first, praying often
- Becoming loving worshippers who delight in Him and reflect Him to others
Incarnational—Dwelling among the people
(Genesis 12:1)
- Communicating God's truth in their language
- Developing cultural understanding and sensitivity
- Establishing long-term relationships
Developmental—In community, helping one another grow
(Hebrews 10:24-25)
- Committed to lifelong learning
- Providing quality member care demonstrating people are a highly valued resource
- Spurring people toward their maximum kingdom effectiveness
Sacrificial—Understanding the cost
(I Peter 4:13-14)
- Realizing the completion of Christ's commission will involve hardship, even suffering
- Giving of ourselves and our resources until it hurts in order to get the job done
- Using Great Commission resources wisely and well as stewards of others' sacrifices

Church Planting—Establishing reproducing churches
(Acts 9:31)
- Helping lost people know Jesus and become His faithful followers
- Valuing the indigenous, sustainable expression of the church
- Knowing it's the church that will last
Holistic—Demonstrating Christlike compassion
(Acts 5:12-16)
- Integrating word and deed
- Responding to the poor as Jesus did
- Living out the Great Commandment (Matthew 22:37-39)
Multiplication—Seeking, exponential increase
(II Timothy 2:2)
- Equipping and empowering others for reproducing ministry
- Trusting local leaders so that we're giving ministry away

Missionary—Declaring God's glory among the nations

- Planting churches cross-culturally that have missionary passion
- Focusing primarily on the unreached and neglected
- Mobilizing the church at home and abroad for expression of its missionary nature
Interdependent—Partnering with others in completing Christ's commission
(Acts 15:4)
- Helping homeland churches express their missionary vision
- Collaborating with others of like heart, doctine and passion
- Seeking synergistic partnerships enabling is to be more effective
Risk Taking—Stepping out in faith to get the job done
(Acts 9:19-31)
- Living out flexibility and a willingness to change for greater effectiveness
- Being creative and faith-oriented, trusting God for what's humanly impossible
- Willing to adapt as new doors of opportunity open
